Hot-Dip Galvanized Iron (GI) solar structures are the industry standard for utility-scale ground mount solar farms and heavy-duty industrial carports. As a direct GI solar structure manufacturer, SOLBE manages the complete fabrication process, including cutting, CNC punching, welding, and post-fabrication galvanizing.

We use high-grade structural steel (IS 2062 Grade E250/E350) and apply a post-fabrication molten zinc bath in accordance with IS 2629 / IS 4759. This protective barrier protects the core steel against soil and moisture corrosion for more than 25 years in harsh agricultural environments.

Every batch of structural items is certified to withstand severe weather loads. Our Trichy, Tamil Nadu fabrication unit employs high-speed CNC machining to guarantee 100% component consistency, preventing delays during site assembly.
